My sons, James and Jeffrey, are day citizens at The Brookwood Community.  They both work in the horticulture department and love their jobs.  Unfortunately, as so many jobs have been affected by Covid-19, so has theirs.  In order to keep the residents at Brookwood safe the day program has been put on hold for now.  However, the day to day needs to run Brookwood have not been put on hold.  Their two biggest fund raisers, the Spring Gala and the golf tournament, have also been cancelled.  Instead there is a new initiative to raise money—I Believe in Brookwood.  Please consider donating to this fabulous and worthwhile community that supports adults with disabilities.
