Team Jacob & Eli Sukin is fundraising for The Brookwood Community
Our family is blessed with two special needs boys who both require life long learning and support. We are excited to help bring a once vision of Brookwood North to reality. We know our boys can contribute and become meaningful citizens one day in the Brookwood community. We are honored to help raise money and awareness for this very special place.
Jacob Sukin is now 19 and has been working hard to transition one day to a Brookwood Day program in The Woodlands.
Eli Sukin is 16 and like his brother is excited about participating in the Brookwood Day program.
